The David Berger National Memorial is located on the grounds of the Mandel Jewish Community Center of Cleveland:

The David Berger Memorial is most easily accessed from I-271. Take I-271 to the Chagrin Blvd. exit. Go west on Chagrin Blvd. for 0.5 miles. Turn right (north) on Richmond Rd. Follow Richmond Road 0.6 miles to Woodland Rd. Turn right (east) on Woodland Road and travel 0.1 miles to the community center entrance.

Sculptor David E. Davis, who constructed the David Berger Memorial, contacted the National Park Service seeking a National Park Passport. He wanted to have it stamped at the site where his work is on display.
