Photos of objects excavated during archeological investigations at Fort Marcy, one of sixty-eight forts associated with the Civil War Defenses of Washington, D.C. These artifacts are curated at the National Park Service's Museum Resource Center in Landover, Maryland. When visiting any Civil War Defense of Washington site remember that collection of artifacts or relics is prohibited by Federal law.
