A Lesson in Ducks
In response to many requests, Chef Larkin Rogers will begin each evening with a demonstration on deboning a whole duck. Dinner follows, featuring the delicious waterfowl. Wine included with the meal. Stanford House, 6 p.m.

Cajun Dinner and Concert
