There are now year-round opportunities to become a Junior Ranger! Kids ages 7-12 attending three programs earn the 2012 CVNP Junior Ranger badge-six programs earn the CVNP patch. Program locations are given upon registration. Fee: $8 per child, $5 Conservancy members (unless otherwise noted). A parent or guardian is required to attend programs with participating children; no charge for adults. To register call 800-642-3297 ext. 100.

Hooting Owl Hike and Autumn Star Night
Take a short hike to search for owls and try calling them in for a better view. Afterwards we'll use telescopes to gaze at the stars twinkling above. For ages 7-12. 6:30-9 p.m.
