Pink-throated morning glory in bloom. (NPS photo by David Bly) Coronado National Memorial has a subtle wildflower show throughout the spring and summer. Some of the showiest are the large blossoms of the pink-throated morning glories found along the roadside near the east entrance to the park. |

Did You Know?
Within Coronado Cave is a beautiful range of formations, including stalactites, stalagmites, flowstones, and helictites. How fast these formations grow and their final size depends on the water supply, cave humidity, surface soils, bacteria, and composition of the limestone.
