Manage Contacts

All of the relevant contacts and direct e-mail links for CommonSpot pages and other files are available in one convenient location. Contacts can include authors, publishers, product managers, tech support, or other relevant subject-matter experts. 

Choose Manage - Contacts to access this dialog for the current page, page set, or template.

You can also access this option by clicking the More Actions icon for individual items in My Content or other CommonSpot reports for most CommonSpot objects (pages, templates, multimedia files or playlists, uploaded documents, etc.). Use this dialog to view, manage, or associate new contacts with CommonSpot pages or files.  Click to sort contacts by type, name, email, or phone.

Click Manage Contact Types to view or modify contact categories.

Click Add Contact(s) to associate a new contact with the current page or selected object.

Click the edit icon to view or change contact type or responsibility description. The Add Contacts dialog displays in edit mode.

Click the user icon to view profile information for an individual contact.

Remove individual items by clicking the associated delete icon , or select multiple items, click Delete Selected from the More Actions dropdown, then click Go. CommonSpot confirms deletion to enable you to manage any links to this file. You can optionally Select/Deselect all.
