Midwest Region Issues Request for Proposals
The Midwest Region (MWR) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to lease on a long-term basis one or more of two historic buildings in Hot Springs National Park-the Maurice and Libbey Bathhouses.
Parties interested in obtaining an RFP should contact Administrative Office Betty Spafford by mail at Hot Springs National Park, 101 Reserve Street, Hot Springs, AR 71901 or by phone at 501-620-6722. Any offer must be received by 4:30 p.m., on April 30, 2013, hand carried, mail or overnight delivery to National Park Service, Midwest Regional Office, 601 Riverfront Drive, Omaha, NE 68102, Attention: Concessions and Leasing Manager.
