Solicitation of a Prospectus for Concession Business Opportunity for Food and Beverage Service at Colonial National Historical Park 42 KB

The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a new Prospectus for a business opportunity to operate the Cole Digges House as a food and beverage operation within Colonial National Historical Park. In order to be evaluated and considered for award of the concession contract, proposals must be received no later than4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) June 9, 2014. Yorktown National Cemetery

During the Civil War, 632 Union dead were buried in the heart of the 1781 battlefield. In 1866 this cemetery became a national cemetery. Within a 50 mile radius, the remains of over 1500 Union soldiers were disinterred from their war burials and honorably placed in the Yorktown National Cemetery.
