Examine detailed descriptions of programs for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7-12th grades as well as related standards, example schedules and pre- and post-visit activities.

Don't see a program that fits the needs of your classroom?
Contact our Education Rangers to discuss a custom program for other grades or other topics.

2. Make a Reservation
Availability is first-come, first-served, and ranger programs fill quickly.

All field trips require a reservations. Please make reservations at least three weeks in advance. Reservations allow us to better facilitate your requests and to minimize resource damage.

When calling to make a reservation, please have the following information ready:

  • Contact phone number and email
  • Group size and grade School address
  • Several dates you are interested in coming- (it's a good idea to have alternate trip dates in case your first choice is taken)
  • Approximate arrival and departure times to the Monument
  • Program choice or field trip objectives/focus
