The National Park Service offers curriculum based educational programs for student groups, at no charge, by reservation.
Parks as Classrooms Programs are offered September - June on Wednesdays and Thursdays
from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Group size is limited to 30 students maximum and 8 students minimum.

These programs were developed in partnership with the Montgomery County, Maryland school system. They are designed to meet various curriculum goals and objectives, and are available to any student group of the appropriate age for the program.

Home school and community youth groups are encouraged to contact the site for information concerning modified versions of the Parks as Classrooms Programs or summer programs.
