    Due to low water flow in Travertine Creek, the Little Niagara, Panther Falls, and Bear Falls swimming areas are closed until further notice. The Little Niagara and Panther Falls picnic areas remain open.

  • Eagle Bay Boat Launch Closed

    Due to low water in Lake of the Arbuckles, Eagle Bay Boat Launch is closed.

It is a goal of park staff to find more effective ways to bring classes to the park and the park into the classroom. Here are several opportunities for professional development that the park participates in:

Workshops and Outreach
For the summer of 2010, the park partnered with the Oklahoma Alliance for Geographic Education to offer the week-long "Teddy Roosevelt's Dream: National Park Service Footprints in Oklahoma" workshop from June 27-July 1, 2010.
