Volunteer Coordinator Internship

The Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Student Career Employment Program. This program provides Federal employment opportunities to students who are enrolled or accepted for enrollment as degree seeking students taking at least half-time academic course load in an accredited college or university, graduate, or professional school.

The available position is with the Resource Education Division and the primary responsibility is coordinating the park's volunteer and partnership programs.

The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and depending on the applicant's qualifications, the salary is between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour.

  • Current resume
  • Letter or memo from the school where the applicant is enrolled confirming the students good standing, area of study, and current enrollment status
  • Current transcript
