The Columbia Cascades Library is located on the 6th floor of the "old" Federal Building, located on First and Marion in downtown Seattle. From I-5, take the Seneca Street exit, Exit #165, and merge onto Seneca Street. Turn left onto 5th Avenue. Turn right onto Madison Street. Turn left onto First Avenue.
