Are you an artist wanting to show off your artwork? Then join other area artists at the second annual Art Fiesta at Carlsbad Caverns National Park where some of the best artwork that Carlsbad and southeastern New Mexico has to offer will be on display. The art show will begin on Wednesday, November 22, and run through Sunday, November 26.

All types of media are welcome at the Art Fiesta. Last year, over thirty local professional and amateur artists participated, displaying their work in clay, water/acrylic, photography and digital photography. This year, art show organizers hope to expand the types of media represented.

The judging portion of the Art Fiesta will begin at 8 a.m., on November 22, and will be followed by a reception for the artists at 1 p.m. Each artist is limited to three entries. All entries will be for sale after the judging.

If you wish to participate or have any questions, please call events coordinator David Thomas at 505.785.3097.
