Administrative Record

Under the ComprehensiveEnvironmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C.§ 9601 et seq.1 Section 113(k), NAVFAC Washington invites public comment on the CERCLA Administrative Record for the environmental restoration site located at Catoctin Mountain Park in Thurmont, MD. The Administrative Record includes environmental investigations and remediation performed at Site 1 located at Catoctin Mountain Park.
