The staff of Canaveral National Seashore is committed to preserving this unique undeveloped seashore paradise for the enjoyment of this and future generations. 11-24-14: The Superintendent's compendium is revised as follows:
"All fishing poles and lines will be maintained within 10 feet of the surf's edge."
Determination. Regulating the location of the fishing poles will improve visitor safety and unimpeded access of emergency response personnel.
