Fort Rosecrans Goes to War
Remember Pearl Harbor at Cabrillo National Monument Fort Rosecrans Goes to War This December 7th marks the 73rd anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor and the United State’s entry into the Second World War. On Saturday, December 6th and Sunday, Dec. 7th, Cabrillo National Monument will host a World War II Living History event to commemorate this pivotal moment and honor those that served and lived through this era.

National Park Service Seeks Input On Fee Increase
Cabrillo National Monument (NM) is seeking input from community, stakeholders, visitors, and neighbors regarding a proposed change to park entrance fees in 2015. The National Park Service (NPS) is proposing to increase the daily park entrance fee for vehicles from $5.00 to $15.00 per vehicle (good for everyone in the vehicle,) walk-ins/bicyclists from $3.00 to $7.00 per person and motorcycles from $5.00 to $10.00.
