Picnic Tables
The site has four handicapped accessible picnic tables in the shade.
Historic Playground and Backstop Bring your favorite sports equipment and enjoy the historic playground as the former students used to.
Landon Nature Trail
Take or walk or ride your bike on the trail. The park's parking lot is located at the trailhead of the Landon Trail, the only trail in America which connects and crosses both historic national trails -- the Santa Fe Trail and the Oregon Trail. The Landon Nature Trail is a wonderful place to walk the dog and pursue a healthy lifestyle for the whole family.
Cushinberry Park Located on the east side of the site, Cushinberry Park has a basketball court and playground equipment. After playing, take a moment and use the grills to cook your food and have lunch at the picnic tables. Take a picture with the bison statue!
