Interpretive Programs

Boston National Historical Park offers interpretive programs at many of our sites. Depending on the season you can listen to talks pre-revolutionary war Boston, the importance of the Bunker Hill Monument and the role of civilian workers in building a strong navy. Tours include sites along Boston's Freedom Trail and the Charlestown Navy Yard. For more information about what is offered follow the links below.

Old North Church Steeple  

Did You Know?
Did you know that Old North Church's steeple has been replaced twice since the display of the signal lanterns on April 18, 1775? In neither case was the downfall caused by revolution, but by a mighty wind, a nameless storm of October, 1804, and Hurricane Carol, August, 1954.
