The Park Operations and Education Team in the Boston Support Office provides many years of experience in a wide range of operational discipline in planning and support to National Park Areas and Partners. Our professional staff provides coordinated day-to-day and long-term expertise, skills which are unique to the Northeast Region and a track record of successful National Park Service projects. The PO&E Team provides expertise and support in the following areas: Interpretation and Education; Visitor and Resource Protection; Concessions; and Engineering and Facility Management. Working with field areas, our staff can provide services from assisting with emergency responses (visitor safety related/ engineering/ HAZMAT) to longer term planning input on building programs, operations or park program development.
