State Line Fire Planned to Improve Bighorn Sheep Habitat
A prescribed fire in Bighorn Canyon near the Wyoming Montana state line is scheduled for this spring, if conditions permit,to improve Bighorn Sheep habitat.

New Utility Fee at Horseshoe Bend Campground
Beginning May 1, 2009, Bighorn Canyon will implement a $15 per night utiltiy fee in the 19 improved sites at Horseshoe Bend Campground.

Public Comment on Utility Fee at Horseshoe Bend Campground
Bighorn Canyon is soliciting public comment for a cost recovery utility fee for the electrical and water hook-ups in the improved sites only at Horseshoe Bend.  The comment period will be open for thirty days beginning on January 15, 2009 and going through February 17, 2009.

Bighorn Canyon Gearing up for Busy Summer
Bighorn Canyon is preparing for a busy summer.  Ok-A-Beh and Barry's Landing are open with docks in the water.  Horseshoe Bend will open when lake levels reach 3617.  Ok-A-Beh, Trail Creek, and Loop A of Horseshoe Bend Campground are open for the Memorial Day Weekend.
