Cooperating Association

The sales outlet at Bent's Old Fort is managed by Western National Parks Association, a non-profit association with sales areas at 52 National Park units. Money from WNPA goes towards purchasing pamphlets, brochures, materials and supplies for the interpretive program.

 
Bent's Old Fort Historical Association is a long-standing supporter of the living history programs. Membership is available to help generate programs and fundraising events to promote the park's programs. Did You Know?

pocket billiards

One of the most interesting items described as being at Bent’s Fort was “a regularly established billiard room”.  Mentioned by many original visitors, the billiard table is as surprising to modern visitors as it was 160 years ago.  The impressive table measures 6ft. by 12ft.
