Nightwalk

Nightwalks are presented once a week (on Wednesdays for summer 2009) between Memorial Day and Labor Day, full-moon or not.

Nightwalks are special evening interpretive programs offered once a week (Wednesday nights for summer 2009) during summer starting Memorial Day weekend.  The final Nightwalk for this summer will be on August 12th.  Interpretive programs are ending early this year as construction is set to begin on the visitor center in August.  Nightwalks will also be offered twice in the week between Christmas and New Year's. Participants are required to be silent during the one hour walk that allows visitors to step back in time. This walk is not recommended for children or others who can not participate without talking or whispering.  There is a charge for this program ($6/adult and $3/child or senior with pass) and reservations are required (call 505-672-3861 x 517 during business hours).
