Big Bend Shuttle Stop
The Zion Canyon Scenic Drive is by shuttle bus only from early April through the end of October. Private vehicles are not allowed. All other parts of the park are open to private vehicles. The shuttles operate in two loops, one making six stops in the town of Springdale and the other making eight stops at points of interest in the park. The shuttle is free. Each bus is fully accessible and can carry two bicycles. There is room onboard for packs, coolers, and strollers. Pets are not allowed. Pets may be boarded locally. as easy as 1-2-3 to visit the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, follow these steps:

Park
Parking
at the visitor center is full between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily. To avoid parking hassles,
leave your car in the town of Springdale and ride the town shuttle to the park. Enter the
park on foot at the Zion Canyon Giant Screen Theater. Tune your radio to 1610 AM for more
information.

Plan
Use
the exhibits at the Zion Canyon Visitor Center to plan your visit based on your time (less
than 3 hours or more then 3 hours) and your interests (sightseeing, hiking, and more).
Check the schedule of Ranger-led activities and the park bookstore for maps and books to
enhance your visit.
3.
Ride
Free buses run from early morning to late evening as often as every seven minutes. Buses are fully accessible. Pets are not allowed..
