Both visitor centers and Zion Lodge are fully accessible to those with special needs. The Zion shuttle buses are also fully accessible. Several campsites are reserved for people with disabilities. Service dogs are permitted on a leash anywhere in the park, including on trails, in buildings, and in the backcountry.

Riverside Walk
Accessible to wheelchair users with assistance or to users of motorized wheelchairs. Paved for entire 1-mile (1.6km) length. Pavement irregular in several places. Climbs 57 feet (17m) with maximum grades between 5% and 7%. Accessible, unisex restroom located at trailhead at Temple of Sinawava.

Pa’rus Trail
Paved bike path. Elevation gain 50 feet (15m). Trail begins across the river from the Zion Canyon Visitor Center. Accessible, unisex restroom located at Zion Canyon Visitor Center.

Interpretive walks are offered on these trails. Ranger guided shuttle tours are also available. Evening programs and daytime talks are offered at the Zion Lodge, campground amphitheaters, and Zion Canyon Visitor Center. These locations have designated parking and concrete paths that lead to the seating areas.
