Red Crossbill (Loxia curvirostra)
American Robin - Turdus migratorius

The best place to see the American robin is on the front lawn of the visitor center. This bird is common throughout the park, and it can often be seen on open lawns with its head tilted as it looks for worms. Robins are often the first birds to sing in the morning, and are known for their bubbly, cheerful singing. Robins live at Wind Cave National Park throughout the year.
