Tumacácori
Race or Tribe: Mexican
Notes: He joined the Franciscan order at the Convento of Nuestra Señora del Pueblito in 1812 and transferred to the College of Querétaro four years later. He came to Tumacácori in mid-June of 1824 and stayed six months. By 1829 he was at Oquitoa and Tubutama and was one of only four missionaries serving in the Pimería Alta. Padre Peréz was at San Ignacio, Padre Rafael Díaz was at Cocóspera, and Padre Faustino Gonzalez was very ill and at Caborca. By this time the missions were in a terrible state.
