Notes: Padre Bordoy was born November 30, 1764, in the village of Felantix on the island of Mallorca. He was described as being of medium build with a light complexion, brown eyes and black hair. He was invested with the Franciscan habit on September 4, 1780 in the Convento Grande de la San Francisco. After the novitiate, his vows, three years of philosophy, three years of scholastic theology and ordination, he answered the call to the College of Querétaro. Padre Bordoy reached Tumacácori in mid-Februrary of 1796 from Caborca. While here, he and Padre Prado patched up the Jesuit Church. He left here in the late summer of 1799. From 1802 to 1805 he served at Aconchi. By 1806 he was back in the Pimeria Alta at Tubutama. He returned to the College at Querétaro where he died 6 October 1819 at the age of fifty-four.
