Michael Jenifer Stone (1747-1812)
Michael Jenifer Stone married Mary Briscoe; together they had five children:
Frederick Daniel Stone married Elizabeth Patton
William Briscoe Stone married Sarah Brown and later owned Haberdeventure
Michael Jenifer Stone married Susan Ann Somervell
Elizabeth Jenifer Stone died 1875
Eleanor Stone married George Robertson
Michael Jenifer and Thomas were very close as evidenced by Thomas Stone's Will naming him as guardian of Thomas' son and giving Michael lifetime rights to live at Haberdeventure. Michael later ventured into politics, and was eventually elected to the First United States Congress in 1789. Later he was appointed Judge of the First Judicial District of Maryland.
