Description: Typewritten letter from A.W. Stone, Attorney, to J.M. Congdon, Attorney, dated December 28, 1898 regarding a meeting with the Mayor to get an agreement regarding using the land on Cayuga Island as the location for the Pan-American Exposition. On the back of the letter is a color map showing the location of the proposed Exposition grounds and its proximity to Buffalo and Niagara Falls.
