If you want to use it for your desktop, right click the downloaded image with your mouse and select "save as" to save it to your computer. You can then right click on your desktop and select "Properties", then "Desktop" and then browse to find the image and select it for the desktop. Newer systems can set the desktop directly from the browser by right clicking the image and selecting "Set as Desktop."
