Job Description

The employee works as a member of the maintenance crew performing grounds care and building maintenance requiring the use of most common hand tools and simple power mowers. Cleans grounds by emptying trash and doing general trash pickup. Removes weeds and trims brush/trees. Assists with repointing and repairs to historic rock structures. Assists with the performance of interior and exterior building maintenance, including minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks. Performs minor repairs to motor vehicles (checking tires and oil, washing, vacuuming). Works outdoors in all types of weather.
