Quite-Claim Deed.
For and in consideration of the sum of four thousand dollars, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I quit-claim to the United States of America all my interest in the following tract of real estate: The southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section seventeen, township forty north, range four west, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian.
