Materials: Computer with sound card
and microphone.
Procedure
Have your students write and record a song (rap, hip-hop, folk
song, etc.). about bald eagles and salmon. The song must relate
to the ecology of the Skagit River.
- Record the song using a microphone plugged into a computer.
Your computer must have a sound card and sound recording software.
Be sure that the words are audible.
- Save file as wav, mp3, or Quicktime format.
- Send the sound file and the words of the song to paula_ogden@nps.gov
and we will post your music on Dances
with Eagles.
