Douglas-fir cone

A .3 mile (.5 kilometer) loop, fully accessible boardwalk 1 star travels through an ancient creekside forest. Accessible parking 2 stars and toilet 2 stars are available. The trail weaves through tall trees and along bubbling Happy Creek. Read the interpretive signs, or just sit on a bench for a while and take in the sights, sounds and smells of this living place. Use caution if boardwalk is frosty or wet. Parking is limited, especially for large vehicles.
