Fort Spokane Indian Boarding School 1901-1908: Three rows of indian girls in school uniforms.

Inside of a dormitory. Beds lined up with two wood stoves in the center of the room.
You enter your barrack and climb the stairs to the second floor. This is where most of the female students will be sleeping. Beds line both of the walls and you realize that you will have 60 roommates. Some of your roommates are teenagers and others are five or six years old. The youngest girls are crying because they miss their mothers and fathers and do not understand what is going on. You pick a bed for yourself near one of the wood-burning stoves. The stove will help keep you warm during the cold winters here.
