The Living Map Interactive Game is designed to visually teach students the story of the Johnstown Flood of 1889. Students are divided into three teams and are read a narrative of the events of the Johnstown Flood. The students are asked questions and have to recall information about the flood. Teams compete for "Industrial Bucks" as they are asked to place models on the map. The team with the most money wins the game. A test is provided for teachers to use as a post-visit activity. The test is available on the website.
