Museum Discovery
Scouts will explore the wonderful world of museums, from mission statements to exhibit design, to archival work to education and interpretation. The above topics will be addressed by specialists in the field. - June 15, 2004
From Shore to Sea
Scouts will discover the great impact water has on our planet from
fresh water streams to salt water oceans. The workshop, which takes
place aboard the Gateway Arch Riverboats, will include activities,
experiments and discussions on the amazing world of water. (Aboard

Law and Order
Scouts will investigate the judicial system and the important role it plays in our society. The workshop, which takes place at the Old Courthouse, includes trial reenactments in the historic courtrooms as well as a discussion and debate of historic and contemporary issues. A National Park Service Law Enforcement Officer will also speak to such topics as, penalties and rights of those convicted, teens and the law and the role of investigators in fighting crime.
