Ia08: By September 30, 2003, 50% of the 3 (1.5) recorded archeological sites not listed on the FY-1999 NPS Archeological Sites Management Information Systems (ASMIS) are in good condition.

Ib01: By September 30, 2003, 21 % (3)of the 12 natural resource inventories identified in the Resource Management Plan, etc are complete.

Ib2F: By September 30, 2003, 21% of Horseshoe Bend NMP's Historical Research Studies and Administrative Histories are complete to professional standards.

Ib3: By September 30, 2003, Horseshoe Bend NMP has identified their vital signs for natural resource monitoring.

IIa1 : By September 30, 2003, 89% of park visitors are satisfied with appropriate park facilities, services and recreational opportunities.

IIa2: By September 30, 2003, the number of visitor accident/incidents remains at the 1992-1996 five year average of rate 0.

IIb1: By September 30, 2003, 83% of park visitors understand and appreciate the significance of Horseshoe Bend NMP.

IVa3A : By September 30, 2003, 100% of employee performance agreements are linked to appropriate strategic and annual performance goals and position competencies.

IVa6A: By September 30, 2003, the Horseshoe Bend's employee lost time injury rate will be at or below 4.63 per 200,000 labor hours worked (100 FTE) (HOBE's current baseline is 4.79 per 200,000 labor hours.) (1999=0)
