Horseshoe Bend National Military Park Volunteer Opportunities

Camp life cooking demonstration

Black powder musket firing, cannon firing and camp life demonstrations provide the public an opportunity to see what life was like during the 1814 time period.

Our current Volunteer program is the largest the park has ever seen. The volunteers donate their time and efforts to provide living history demonstrations of life during 1814 and to provide services to visitors at the park information desk.
