Mansion
Second Floor

Master Bedroom the master bedroom This was the master bedroom for six generations of the family, and the birthplace of most of the Ridgely children.
Guest Bedroom a guest bedroom There were five guest bedrooms on the second floor. These were occupied more often that not as the trip from downtown Baltimore took seven to nine hours in the Federal era. This room is temporarily closed to visitors.
Portico Rooms a view from the portico room Two of the bedrooms on the second floor overlook the axis of the Great Hall. With their porch, and beautiful view, these were popular rooms. This room is temporarily closed to visitors.
Northeast Bedroom the northeast bedrrom This room is decorated as a child's room, although we believe that most, probably all, children lived on the third floor. For most of the family's occupancy, this was a guest room.
