STATE HISTORICAL MARKER DEDICATION CEREMONY

Description: Col. Thomas McSwain (great, great, great grand nephew of Meriwether Lewis) addresses park visitors on July 8 during dedication ceremony for the new West Virginia State Historical Marker on Lewis & Clark (covered in background).
