Pickens 
Reservations
SPECIAL NOTE: Ft. Pickens Campground is currently closed. To make a reservation call the National Park Reservation System at 800-365-2267.
Reservations will be taken up to five months in advance year round. Payments
can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or deferred by check. If paying
by check, reservations must be made at least 20 days in advance. Walk-ins
will be accepted on a space available basis. All reservations are paid
in full for the duration of the stay, and cancellation fees may apply.
Registration
Overnight stays are limited to 44 days per calendar year, with no more
than 14
days between March 1 and Labor Day. All stays during the year are counted
toward these limits. Camping is permitted only in designated campsites.
Only one recreational vehicle and one tent, or two tents, with a maximum
of six persons, is allowed per campsite.
Camping
Fees
Electric sites are $20.00 per night. There is a 50% discount for
those presenting a Golden Age/Access Passport. Entrance fees are separate
from camping fees.
Check-out
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to another nights
fee.
Parking
There is a limit of two vehicles (including trailers) per campsite. Vehicles
must be parked completely on the paved parking pads. Extra vehicles should
be parked in the extra parking areas.
Fires
Fires are only permitted in the grills. Dead wood may be collected off
the ground. Please do not build large fires during windy or very dry times.
Pets
All pets must be on a leash, not to exceed six feet in length. Pets are
not allowed on the beaches or inside any structure. Pet owners are responsible
for cleaning up after their pets.
Waste
Water
Dumping grey-water or sewage on the ground or in the rest rooms is prohibited.
A dumping station is provided. Do not wash vehicles.
Noise
Please be courteous to others. Quiet time is 10pm to 6am. Generators may
run for 15 minutes at a time intermittently during the day and not at
all during quiet hours.
