Congratulations to Stephen Simon of Troop 740 in Berwyn Heights, Maryland. Stephen was awarded eagle scout on Sunday January 4, 2004 for his campground wood bins project. The wood bins have been a great asset to the campground. Thanks Stephen ! Job Well Done !
