  • Greenbelt Park Celebrates Women's History Month
  • The Prince George's Running Club Meets every Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. Meet at the Sweetgum Picnic Area

    Saturday March 4 Summer Job and Student Service Fair

  • A park ranger will be at the Springhill Lake Community Center to discuss volunteer opportunities for students to reach their student service hours required for graduation

  • Sunday March 5 A Walk to the Jaeger Tract

  • Join a park ranger on a two mile walk to the highest point of the park. Please bring binoculars and wear comfortable shoes
  • Meet at the Ranger Station at 1:00 p.m.

    Saturday March 11 The Contributions of Unsung Women

  • Greenbelt Park Celebrates Women's History Month with a program about women who have changed America who have gone unoticed
  • Meet at the Ranger Station at 10:00 a.m.
  • Sunday March 12 A Dog Walk Caravan Trip

  • We will caravan in our own private vehicles up to Catoctin Mountain Park. Reservations are necessary.

  • Saturday March 18 A Vernal Equinox Walk

  • Join a park ranger for a vernal equinox walk and welcoming spring
  • Meet at the Rangers Station at 2:00 p.m.

  • A children's reading program will be held featuring stories. Children in elementary and middle school are welcome. Parents and/or Guardians must be present during the program
