In this electronic age, it is quicker and less expensive to keep you updated by email. We strongly encourage you to provide us with an email address in addition to a mailing address. Also, please be sure to let us know if you change your email (or mailing) address, so that we can continue to keep you informed.

To add (or change) your name and address on the email list for the Colorado River Management plan send an email to grca_crmp@nps.gov , and include the following:

• your name (first and last)
• email address
• mailing address (we request your mailing address for the environmental impact statement administrative records)
• if you want your mailing address withheld from the administrative record, state so

If you are changing a name or address that is currently in our email database, please state that clearly at the beginning of your note, and include your old name and address as well as your new one. Thank you!

Then just send the email to grca_crmp@nps.gov (that's grca_crmp@nps.gov, don't forget the underscore!)

Our practice is to make comments, including names and home addresses of respondents, available for public review during regular business hours. Individual respondents may request that we withhold their home address from the record, which we will honor to the extent allowable by law. There also may be circumstances in which we would withhold from the record a respondent's identity, as allowable by law. If you wish us to withhold your name and/or address, you must state this prominently at the beginning of your comment. We will make all submissions from organizations or businesses, and from individuals identifying themselves as representatives or officials of organizations or businesses, available for public inspection in their entirety.
