Input from the
general public is being solicited through the Citizen's Advisory Committee
meetings as well as other meetings and public participation opportunities
that will begin in the coming months. These will be posted as they
are scheduled. A public involvement plan is being prepared and refined
and will include public scoping of the Environemntal Impact Statement
or other environmental document. Comments can be directed to the project
