Going-to-the-Sun Road - May 18, 2000
Survey work on the Big Drift has started. Plows should be making the initial cuts on Monday or Tuesday. Before the plows can start to make their cuts at the top of the drift, it is important to resurvey the road below to make sure that they start in the correct location...ie above the roadbed and not off to one side.
