When operating their radios, agents use code names to refer to the President, family members, and visiting world leaders. Agents called Eisenhower "Providence" when he was President and "Scorecard" (because he loved to play golf) after he retired. They referred to Mamie as "Springtime." President Bush's codename is "Tumbler", while Vice President Cheney is called "Angler" because he likes to fish.
Select at least 3 of your family members and imagine they are important people you are assigned to protect. Make up code names for each of them and explain why you chose each name.
