Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park offers the convenience of self-guided tours at many of our sites. The visitor centers offer a wide variety of information and services year-round. Park rangers are available to answer questions and assist you.

By the time the 1904 and 1905 flying seasons were over at Huffman Prairie Flying Field, the Wright brothers had taught themselves to fly and had developed a machine capable of controlled, sustained and repeated flights.
